Leader’s Circle Mastermind

Course Description

Join a community of young adults and youth who are committed to personal growth and positive community impact. In the Mastermind Program, you will connect with fellow leaders, changemakers, and innovators. This is your opportunity to expand your network, gain invaluable social skills, and build confidence in both personal and professional interactions. Leader’s Circle is designed to help you thrive in every aspect of your life: in your health, social life, school/work/career, finances, family relationships, leadership, athletics, and much more.

Mastermind Structure:

There are 3 groups:

  • Young Lions Circle (ages 8-12)
  • Lions Circle (ages 13-18)
  • Eagles Circle (19-25)
Each group meets once a week on Zoom for 1 hour. Throughout the month, there will be opportunities for the three circles to meet and interact in a larger group setting.
While there is no financial cost to join Leader’s Circle, there is an investment of your time and commitment to the program, and you must apply to be considered for the Leader’s Circle

Joining the Leaders Circle you will:

  • Enhanced public speaking and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Stronger leadership skills and a clearer understanding of their personal and professional goals.
  • Lifelong connections with like-minded individuals who are leaders and innovators in their communities.
  • A solid foundation of professional networking skills.

Mastermind Value:

  • Networking and Relationship Building: Learn advanced networking techniques to connect effectively with peers, leaders, and professionals. Engage in activities designed to foster strong, supportive relationships that can propel personal and professional growth..
  • Skill Development Workshops: Participate in workshops focusing on building essential skills such as public speaking, financial literacy, budgeting, nutrition and fitness, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and more.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work on group projects that challenge you to apply your skills in real-world scenarios. These projects not only enhance learning but also make a tangible impact on your communities.
  • Guest Speaker Sessions:Benefit from insights shared by successful leaders and innovators from various fields. These sessions provide inspiration, mentorship, and practical advice to help you navigate your paths.
  • Peer-to-Peer Coaching:Engage in structured peer coaching exercises where you can practice giving and receiving feedback, a critical skill for personal development and leadership.
  • Accountability Groups: Smaller breakout groups within the mastermind will help hold you accountable to your personal goals, ensuring continuous progress and motivation throughout your personal development journey.
  • Leadership Opportunities: Take on a leadership role by training to be a mentor to newer and younger members and lead small personal development groups. This experience not only bolsters your leadership skills but also enhances your ability to coach and guide others in their growth journeys.
  • Challenging Activities and Exercises:Participate in specially designed activities and exercises that push your boundaries and foster significant personal growth. Each activity is crafted to challenge your existing skill set and encourage you to expand your capabilities.
  • Public Speaking Practice:Gain invaluable experience and confidence by regularly speaking and presenting in front of the group. These opportunities are tailored to help you refine your public communication skills, making you a more effective and persuasive speaker.

Isabella Meadows, the founder of The Hearts We Touch, envisions to build a world filled with empathy, purpose and empowerment. THWT is her brainchild that was born when she experienced the power of coaching firsthand. Struggling with low self-worth, constant comparison, and lack of confidence at the young age of 17, Isabella found herself trapped in an unhealthy and abusive romantic relationship.
